Surfriday: Surfing in Fall
You can tell this is an old comic because I'm still in Los Angeles. I'm actually wrong about the fall. Here in San Diego, the waves get angrier and meaner in the fall. And like...good. I like it like that. And hey once the weather cools down, I can send my torn up spring suits in for repairs.

I had to come up with an explanation for Lucy's fluctuating design. I made this joke because the dude who inspired Lucy grew out a beard. And I felt like making some extremely location specific jokes about it. But a big, fluffy beard is a sign of life. And I feel like sometimes folks get self-conscious about it. Especially if you've got some silver hairs in your beard. Embrace it. It's your wizard beard!
